I am a Ph.D student at the University of Tokyo, majoring in clinical psychology. In my master’s thesis, I conducted a randomized controlled trial to examine how the mindfulness-based intervention delivered through a smartphone application can improve mental health risk factors. I am currently working on digital psychotherapy using artifical intelligent to support adults and adolescents with autistic traits.
